02

Informational and educational purpose

Valerimo helps users discover and understand AI

Valerimo provides AI-related information for general discovery, educational, editorial and community purposes.

Content may help users identify useful tools, understand digital technologies, compare services and learn from other people's experiences.

Publication on Valerimo does not mean that every statement, recommendation or third-party output has been independently certified or verified.

03

Accuracy and reliability limitations

AI outputs may contain errors or fabricated information

Artificial-intelligence systems generate outputs by processing patterns, instructions and available data. They do not guarantee truth, accuracy, completeness or current information.

AI-generated results may contain:

Factual errors

Incorrect dates, names, figures, sources, technical details or descriptions.

Fabricated information

Invented quotations, references, legal decisions, studies, features or events.

Outdated information

Prices, laws, software functions and service conditions may have changed.

Incomplete context

A technically correct statement may still omit important limitations or circumstances.

Bias

Results may reproduce bias found in training data, prompts or evaluation methods.

Unexpected behaviour

Similar prompts may produce different results or fail under particular conditions.

Never assume that an AI answer is correct solely because it appears confident, detailed or professionally written.
04

Independent verification

Important information must be checked

Users should independently verify any information that could affect health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, security, education or significant business decisions.

Verification may include:

  • checking the official website of the relevant provider;
  • consulting authoritative primary sources;
  • comparing several independent sources;
  • testing the tool under realistic conditions;
  • reviewing licences, terms and privacy policies;
  • consulting a qualified professional where necessary.

Valerimo cannot verify every user contribution, external link or output produced by a third-party AI service.

05

No professional advice

AI content does not replace qualified professional judgment

Unless expressly stated otherwise by a properly identified and qualified professional, content available through Valerimo does not constitute:

  • medical diagnosis, treatment or healthcare advice;
  • legal advice or representation;
  • financial, investment or tax advice;
  • cybersecurity certification or incident response;
  • engineering, architectural or safety certification;
  • employment, immigration or regulatory advice;
  • another regulated professional service.
High-impact decisions: do not rely exclusively on an AI system or community post when a decision may seriously affect a person's health, rights, safety, finances or future.
06

Third-party AI tools and services

External services remain independent from Valerimo

Valerimo may reference, review, compare or link to AI tools and services operated by independent companies.

Unless expressly stated, Valerimo does not own, operate, control, certify or guarantee those services.

Third-party providers remain responsible for:

  • their models, products and infrastructure;
  • their output quality and availability;
  • their pricing and subscription terms;
  • their data-protection practices;
  • their security measures;
  • their customer support;
  • compliance with laws applicable to their activities.

Users should review the provider's current terms, privacy policy and documentation before using an external AI service.

07

Prices, features and availability

Third-party services can change without notice

Information about a tool's price, free plan, supported language, model, functionality or availability reflects information available at a particular time.

Providers may change:

  • subscription prices and usage limits;
  • free plans and trial periods;
  • features, models and integrations;
  • supported countries and languages;
  • commercial terms and licences;
  • data-retention and privacy practices;
  • service availability or ownership.

The provider's official website and current contractual documents remain authoritative before registration or purchase.

08

AI-generated and AI-modified content

Synthetic content may appear on Valerimo

Valerimo and its users may use artificial-intelligence tools to assist with text, translation, images, audio, video, research, summaries, code or other content.

AI assistance does not remove the obligation to review content before publication.

The person publishing content remains responsible for ensuring that it:

  • does not mislead users about important facts;
  • does not violate intellectual-property rights;
  • does not expose confidential or personal data;
  • does not impersonate someone unlawfully;
  • does not contain illegal or harmful material;
  • complies with the Community Guidelines.
09

Transparency and disclosure

Users should understand when content is synthetic

AI involvement should be disclosed when failing to disclose it could reasonably mislead users about the origin, authenticity or reliability of content.

Disclosure is particularly important when content:

  • realistically depicts or imitates a real person;
  • uses a synthetic or cloned human voice;
  • could be mistaken for verified news or evidence;
  • materially alters a real event;
  • presents an AI-generated testimonial or expert statement;
  • could affect public safety, reputation or democratic debate;
  • is published as part of a commercial promotion.
Recommended labels: “AI-generated”, “AI-assisted”, “Synthetic media” or another clear statement appropriate to the content.

Disclosure does not make otherwise illegal, deceptive or harmful content acceptable.

10

Copyright, image rights and permissions

AI generation does not guarantee ownership

Using an AI tool does not automatically guarantee that an output is free from copyright, trademark, privacy, contractual or image- rights restrictions.

Before publishing or commercially using AI output, users should:

  • review the provider's licence and terms of use;
  • check whether commercial use is permitted;
  • avoid unauthorised copying of protected characters or brands;
  • obtain consent where a real person's likeness or voice is used;
  • verify the provenance of supplied reference material;
  • respect applicable attribution requirements.

Valerimo does not provide a warranty that a specific AI output may be legally registered, sold, reproduced or commercially exploited.

11

Privacy and confidential information

Do not send sensitive data to AI tools without assessment

Information submitted to an external AI service may be stored, analysed, reviewed or used under that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Users should not submit unnecessary:

  • passwords or authentication credentials;
  • identity documents;
  • financial or payment information;
  • medical or highly sensitive personal data;
  • private conversations;
  • trade secrets or confidential company documents;
  • personal data belonging to another person;
  • source code or datasets subject to confidentiality duties.

Users should review whether their organisation permits use of a particular AI service before submitting professional data.

12

Bias, discrimination and harmful outputs

AI systems may reproduce unfair patterns

AI outputs may reflect bias originating from training data, system design, prompts, evaluation choices or deployment context.

Extra care is necessary when AI is used in connection with:

  • employment or recruitment;
  • education and examinations;
  • credit, insurance or financial access;
  • healthcare;
  • law enforcement or legal decisions;
  • housing or essential services;
  • evaluation of individuals or protected groups.

Users should not treat AI output as an objective or neutral assessment merely because it was generated automatically.

13

Code, automation and cybersecurity

Generated technical content must be reviewed and tested

AI-generated source code, commands, configuration files and automation workflows may contain vulnerabilities, destructive instructions or incompatibilities.

Before deployment, users should:

  • review the complete code manually;
  • test it in an isolated environment;
  • create appropriate backups;
  • check dependencies and licences;
  • remove exposed credentials and secrets;
  • validate database and file operations;
  • perform security and compatibility testing.
Never execute an unfamiliar command with administrator or root privileges solely because an AI system recommended it.
14

Reviews, ratings and comparisons

Evaluations reflect available information at a given time

Reviews, rankings and comparisons published on Valerimo may reflect editorial judgment, user experience, testing conditions and information available at the publication date.

Results may differ according to language, subscription level, device, prompt quality, region, model version and individual needs.

A high rating or positive review does not guarantee that a tool is suitable for every person, organisation or use case.

Community reviews represent the views of their authors and not necessarily the views of Valerimo.

15

Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Commercial relationships should remain transparent

Valerimo may later use affiliate links, sponsorships, partnerships or other commercial relationships.

Valerimo may receive a commission when a user registers for or purchases an external service through an identified affiliate link.

Where required, sponsored or affiliate content will be disclosed clearly. The presence of a commercial relationship does not remove the user's responsibility to assess the product independently.

16

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for decisions and publications

Each user remains responsible for:

  • selecting appropriate AI tools;
  • reviewing outputs before using or publishing them;
  • checking important facts and sources;
  • protecting personal and confidential information;
  • complying with laws and professional obligations;
  • obtaining required licences and permissions;
  • disclosing synthetic content where appropriate;
  • assessing risks before deploying generated code or automation;
  • the consequences of decisions made using AI output.
AI should support human judgment, not replace responsible decision-making.
17

Reporting misleading or harmful AI content

Help Valerimo review problematic material

Users may report content believed to be deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, infringing or improperly presented as authentic.

A useful report should include:

  • the exact page, post or profile concerned;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • why the content may be harmful or misleading;
  • reliable supporting information where available;
  • any urgency or safety concern.

Reporting content does not automatically result in removal. Valerimo will review the content, context, evidence and applicable platform rules.

18

Updates to this Disclaimer

AI technologies and regulation continue to evolve

This Disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes to Valerimo, artificial-intelligence technologies, third-party services, platform practices or applicable laws.

The effective date and version displayed at the top identify the current document.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform or by another appropriate method.
