Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and the publisher of the Valerimo platform, identified in the applicable Legal Notice.

By visiting, registering for, accessing or using Valerimo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them.

If you use Valerimo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

Valerimo is an independent digital platform focused on artificial intelligence, software, digital innovation and productivity.

Depending on the features available at a given time, Valerimo may allow users to:

• discover AI tools, applications and digital resources;
• read guides, reviews, comparisons and educational content;
• publish posts, comments, reviews or other contributions;
• exchange ideas and experiences with other users;
• follow creators, companies, topics or community spaces;
• save, organise or recommend resources;
• access other features introduced by Valerimo over time.

Valerimo may add, modify, restrict or discontinue features when necessary to improve the platform, protect users, comply with the law or adapt the service to technical and operational requirements.

You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a Valerimo account.

If the law applicable in your country requires you to be older to consent independently to these Terms or to the processing of your personal data, the higher legal age applies.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• you are legally permitted to use the service;
• you are not subject to a previous permanent ban from Valerimo;
• your use of the platform complies with applicable law.

Some Valerimo features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and reasonably current account information;
• use a secure password and keep it confidential;
• not share, sell, rent or transfer your account;
• not create accounts through deception or impersonation;
• notify Valerimo promptly of suspected unauthorised access;
• remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

Usernames, profile names, avatars and other identifying elements must not impersonate another person, organisation or brand, or falsely imply endorsement or affiliation.

Valerimo may require account verification, additional information or security measures when reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.

“User Content” means any text, image, video, audio, comment, review, prompt, link, profile information or other material that a user submits, uploads, publishes or shares through Valerimo.

You retain ownership

You retain any intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. Valerimo does not claim ownership of your original contributions.

Licence granted to Valerimo

By publishing User Content on Valerimo, you grant Valerimo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display, distribute and make that content available solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the platform.

This licence is limited to the purposes of providing the Valerimo service and ends when the content is deleted, except where:

• technical backups require a reasonable deletion period;
• the content has lawfully been reshared by other users;
• retention is required to meet a legal obligation;
• retention is necessary for safety, fraud or dispute handling.

Your responsibility

You must have all rights and permissions required to publish your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that it does not violate the rights, privacy, reputation or intellectual property of another person.

You must use Valerimo responsibly, lawfully and respectfully. You must not use the platform to publish, promote, facilitate or distribute content or activity involving:

• illegal activities or instructions intended to facilitate crime;
• fraud, scams, phishing, deception or identity theft;
• malware, harmful code, credential theft or unauthorised access;
• harassment, threats, intimidation or targeted abuse;
• hate, discriminatory abuse or incitement to violence;
• sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate content or privacy violations;
• copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement;
• impersonation or false claims of professional endorsement;
• manipulated content intended to cause unlawful harm or deception;
• spam, mass solicitation or automated activity without permission;
• collection or scraping of user data without legal authorisation;
• attempts to bypass security, moderation or access restrictions;
• sale or promotion of prohibited, illegal or dangerous goods;
• any activity that disrupts or overloads the platform.

Additional rules may be set out in the Community Guidelines. Those Guidelines form part of the rules governing use of Valerimo.

Valerimo may present information about AI tools, models, services, workflows, prompts, agents and other digital products.

AI technologies can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated or unexpected results. You must independently review and verify important outputs before relying on them.

You must not present AI-generated content as verified human work when doing so would be misleading, unlawful or harmful. Where appropriate, users should clearly disclose that content has been generated or materially modified using AI.

Valerimo may contain links to third-party websites, AI tools, applications, products, services or commercial offers.

Third-party services are operated under their own terms, privacy policies, prices, security practices and availability conditions. Valerimo does not control those services and is not responsible for their operation, content or decisions.

Before using an external service, you should review its applicable terms and privacy information and determine whether it is suitable for your intended use.

Some links may later be affiliate links. Where legally required, commercial relationships or sponsored content will be identified clearly.

Valerimo may review content or activity when it is reported, detected by security systems or otherwise brought to our attention. We are not required to pre-approve every contribution before it is published.

Depending on the circumstances, Valerimo may:

• limit the visibility or distribution of content;
• request clarification, correction or verification;
• remove or disable access to content;
• restrict specific account features;
• issue a warning;
• temporarily suspend an account;
• permanently terminate an account;
• preserve evidence where legally justified;
• cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

Moderation decisions take into account the content, context, severity, frequency of violations, risk to users and applicable law.

Users may report content through the reporting tools available on the platform or through the Contact page. Where an appeal mechanism is available, users should submit accurate information and avoid abusive or repeated reports.

The Valerimo name, logos, visual identity, interface, original texts, designs, graphics, databases, software elements and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, extract, republish, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected Valerimo materials without prior written permission.

Normal use of sharing tools and links provided by the platform remains permitted, provided that the source is not misrepresented and no false affiliation is suggested.

If you believe that content available on Valerimo infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights, please submit a sufficiently detailed report.

A complete report should include:

• your full name and contact information;
• identification of the right allegedly infringed;
• the exact URL or location of the disputed content;
• an explanation of why the content is unlawful or infringing;
• supporting documentation where relevant;
• a declaration that the information supplied is accurate.

Valerimo may request additional information before taking action. Reports that are incomplete, fraudulent or manifestly unfounded may not be processed.

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be interrupted or limited for maintenance, updates, security incidents, infrastructure failures, legal obligations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Valerimo may modify the appearance, structure, features, eligibility rules or technical requirements of the platform. When a significant change materially affects registered users, reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate.

Information published on Valerimo is provided for general informational, educational and discovery purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Valerimo does not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, tax or other regulated professional advice.

Reviews, rankings, opinions and comparisons may reflect editorial judgment, available information and the experience of contributors at a particular time. Features, prices and terms offered by third-party services may change without notice.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining qualified professional advice when a decision carries significant legal, financial, health, security or business consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valerimo is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from:

• reliance on unverified information or AI-generated output;
• actions or omissions of users or third-party services;
• loss of access caused by maintenance or external failures;
• unauthorised use resulting from a user's failure to secure an account;
• changes made by third-party tools, websites or providers;
• content published by users without Valerimo's prior knowledge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

Users remain responsible for their own content, conduct, decisions and use of external tools discovered through the platform.

You may stop using Valerimo and request deletion of your account through the available account settings or by contacting us.

Valerimo may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
• illegal, fraudulent or harmful conduct;
• security threats or compromised credentials;
• evasion of a previous restriction or suspension;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• protection of other users or platform infrastructure.

Where appropriate and legally possible, Valerimo may explain the reason for a restriction and provide an opportunity to contest the decision.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, responsibility, disputes and other clauses that by their nature should continue will survive account closure.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to Valerimo, applicable law, safety requirements or operational practices.

The effective date and version displayed at the top of this page identify the current Terms. Where an update materially affects registered users, Valerimo may provide notice through the platform, by email or by another appropriate method.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protection granted by the law applicable to them.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are invited to contact Valerimo and attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the legally competent court determined under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules.

If Valerimo later offers paid consumer services, the applicable consumer-mediation information and any additional commercial terms will be provided before those services are made available.
